Two of these Deck-Loadable Content (DLC) packs will be needed to complete a full playable set of the cards contained inside. We recommend that players purchase a 2-Player Rival Deck to start their collection. • New attack and foundation cards allow for even more deck variety. • Each DLC will also help to balance out the Meta by introducing cards that can answer stronger decks and make weaker characters more relevant in terms of tournament game play.
